Our Mission

"Since I was 11 years old  I dreamed of owning and operating a facility that would encourage individuals with disabilities to be the very best version of themselves.  On this journey, I earned a Special Education degree from Albright College and began working at a private school for special needs children.  I later earned my Masters in Special Education from University of Phoenix and began teaching in public schools.  
One of my dreams is to open an inclusive café, so I earned a Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, AZ. 

I know every child can be successful in school and their community.  We're based in Tempe because we believe in our organization and our community.  I love what I do and I look forward to changing the view of disabilities.  Anything is possible!"

Kady and Chloe have known each other since 2012 and have continued to remain friends.  Kady has supported BICA  throughout the years.  She joined the BICA Crew in 2022!

In her spare time she is a lifeguard, swim coach and photographer.

Sarah enjoys working in education and supporting individuals with disabilies.  She encourages each student to try their best!
